All bookings are made with HimalayanOnline Tours
based at 15 Chesthunte Road, London N17 7PU.
HimalayanOnline Tours is referred to as Company
in booking conditions |

| 1.
To Book your Holiday |
To
book your holiday you will need to send us
completed booking form or completed online
booking form with deposit of £200 .
But if you book your holiday with us with
the international flight deposit is £800.
Please note full payment must be paid ifyou
travel within 60 days. |

| 2.
Personal Insurance |
Not
Included. Please note that you are responsible
to organize travel insurance which at least
covers injury, medical expenses, repatriation,
death, cancellation etc with no upper limit. |

| 3.
Clients Responsibility |
| We
may at our discretion require a person to
withdraw from any tour if we deem their conduct
to be offensive and we shall have no further
liability. |

| 4.
Change of Itinerary |
| Subject
to change or cancellation should unforeseen
circumstance occur for example political situation,
severe weather condition or expedition leader
decide to do so. The Company accepts no liability
as consequences of any such change. The programs
and details are published in good faith of
intention only and reasonable changes in the
program might occur when we feel necessary.
No refund will be made for any unused services
which are included in tour price. |

| 5.
Cancellation |
50%
of tour price (Please note not the international
flight portion) will be refunded for cancellation
if informed 30 days before departure date.
No refund after that period or you fail to
join the groups |

| 6.
Payment |
Please
note full payment should be made 60 days
before departure date if you are paying
by Credit or Debit card. For cheque or bank
transfer please note full payment must be
paid 30 days before departure date. We will
send you confirmation invoice to confirm
the booking please check all the details
are correct and inform us immediately if
there is any mistake.

| 7.
Group Size |
Group
size in website and brochure are our target
size but this might change.
|

| 8.
Risk |
When
you make booking with us you are accepting
that there is inherent risk in adventure
travel for example risk of altitude sickness
as most of our programs involves going to
high altitude. Most of our trekking involves
going to rural areas where there are limited
facilities. Company will not be responsible
or liable for injury, sickness or death
which might occur.

| 9.
Acceptance |
When
you do booking with us it is implied and
accepted that you have read and understood
all these booking conditions and agree to
abide by them.

| 10.
Change of name of client |
| We
will only be able to change the name of a
client if you notify us 40 days before departure
date, return all travel documents we send
you. There will be £45 administrative
charge for this service. |

| 11..
Information provided by company |
All
information for example whether, clothing,
luggage, equipment, visas, permits etc are
given in good faith but without any responsibility
or liability to the Company. Client accepts
responsibility for obtaining visas and other
necessary documents for your holiday.

| 12,
Health |
Any
client who has pre-existing medical condition
must inform us true nature of condition
before making booking. Such client will
need to provide statement from GP that they
are fit to travel.

| 13.
Contract |
No
contract shall exist between client and
company before company sends confirmation
in writing (Confirmation Invoice)

| |
| 14.
Complaint Procedure |
If
you are not happy during the tour, the client
should inform the relevant suppliers, or
the tour leader immediately who should put
the things right. If you complain is not
solved then please write to HimalayanOnline
Tours in London office within 10days of
the completion of the tour.
